Aus\u00eancia do aluno justificada por motivos de doen\u00e7a ou outros, n\u00e3o abona o pagamento referente aos servi\u00e7os prestados. O cancelamento dos nossos servi\u00e7os devem ser solicitados com no m\u00ednimo um m\u00eas de anted\u00eancia por meio de formul\u00e1rio de solicita\u00e7\u00e3o na secretaria. Os dias dos servi\u00e7os prestados n\u00e3o poder\u00e3o ser substitu\u00eddos. Ser\u00e1 cobrada uma taxa de $5 acrescido de $1 por minuto, ap\u00f3s 10 minutos do hor\u00e1rio programado.
